Every individual has a God given purpose. The realization of that purpose is the realization of one’s maximum potential. In life there will be adversity that can hinder, and in some cases prevent, living with purpose and the realization of potential. What one believes to a great degree determines how one responds to adversity. The focus of skills to live is to help develop and/or enhance a core belief system that will:

1) empower each individual to meet, overcome, and grow through adversity;

2) support the continuation of this ongoing growth process;

3) provide guidance in understanding who you are and why you are here.
